Come on an amazing 29-day adventure with Himalayan High Spirits Adventure! We’ll take you trekking through Nepal’s beautiful mountains. Starting in Kathmandu, we’ll see cool temples and get ready for our big trek.

Get ready for an amazing journey with Himalayan High Spirits Adventure! We’ll start by exploring Kathmandu’s cool places like Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa. Then, we’ll go on a trek through pretty villages and green landscapes. It’ll be like stepping into a painting!

Next stop: Tsum Valley! It’s a special place with old monasteries and beautiful views. You’ll feel like you’re in a fairy tale.

After that, we’ll head to Langtang. Imagine big mountains and clear skies. It’s like being in a dream!

But wait, there’s more! We’ll visit Gosaikunda Lake, a sacred spot for Hindus. It’s so peaceful, surrounded by snowy mountains.

Throughout the journey, our guides will keep us safe and tell us cool stories. We’ll eat yummy food and sleep in cozy places called tea houses.

We’ll walk through villages, valleys, and tall mountains in the Tsum Valley. We’ll visit old monasteries and meet friendly people. Then, we’ll go to Langtang and see big snowy peaks like Langtang Lirung.

The best part? We’ll reach Gosaikunda Lake, a special place surrounded by mountains. It’s so peaceful there!

Our guides will keep us safe and tell us fun stories. We’ll eat yummy food and sleep in cozy places called tea houses.

After all the fun, we’ll go back to Kathmandu, feeling happy and proud of what we did.

Itinerary

Our office representatives would pick you from the TIA Airport Kathmandu t ransfer to hotel . Welcome dinner with tour briefing . Overnight at hotel.

Sightseeing around Kathmandu .we will visit to Pashupatinath Temple/Boudhanath stupa and Swyambunath in a private car .Trek preparation

Drive from Kathmandu to tatopani via Machhi khola by private jeep .It will take approximately 8/9 hrs scenic drive from Kathmandu .O/N at hotel .

Our journey begins from Tatopani we will trek to Jagat .we will trek 6 hrs which would be best stretch for our futher days . O/N at hotel in Jagat .

As you proceed, you will walk past green meadows and fertile but narrow landscapes. There are two more gumbas in this region, abundantly painted with Buddhist murals.Overnight at Chisopani .

Today, we cross three suspension bridges in the morning and ascend up steeply for rest of the day. As we are close to the end of our journey today, we walk gradually along a nice path until we reach Chumling. Our walk for the day is short but as we have to ascend for long, the walk is quite tiring and gains a little more of elevation. Overnight at Chumling.

Leaving behind Chumling, we begin our walk to Chhokang Paro. Chookang Paro is also popularly known as Chhekemper and is located on the top of the hill. Our trail for today follows one of the tributaries of the Budhi Gandaki River for the most part of the day. We pass a small monastery on the way and crosscross another tributary from where we ascendhe hill to Chhekampar.
Chhekampar consists of two unique settlements namely Chhokang and Paro. Being on the top of the hill, Chhekampar acts as a vantage point that offers close- up views of Ganesh Himal Range. Overnight at Chhekampar.

Relatively easy walk today as we walk through the wide valley through several settlements, several Gompas, a lot o Chortens and mani walls. We reach Ngakyu Leru, a village rich in cultivating land with wheat, buckwheat, mustard, potatoes and apples.Overnight at Nile.

We leave Nile after early breakfast and walk towards Mu Gompa. Mu Gompa, the last permanently inhabited village of Tsum Valley is located spectacularly above the Syar Khola which is about 2 hours walking from the village of Nile. The panorama here is stirring and the monks are friendly.

After making last glance and walk around the surrounding of Mu Gompa and soaking in the pristine Himalayan atmosphere we make our way out of Upper.
Tsum Valley. Walking from Mu Gompa is a pleasant down the main valley to Nile. We continue Chhule, Pangdun, Phurbe, and Lar villages.

After having quick breakfast, we will leave Dumje and choose the descending trail that enthralls us with scenic views of Manaslu Mountain and Ganesh Mountain. Moving through few dispersed settlements, we will arrive at Lungdang Gompa. Lungdang Gompa is a Buddhist nunnery where males are not allowed entrance. The area around Lung Dang Gompa offers the best sunrise view over Ganesh Himal range. Stay overnight in a camp nearby Lung Dang Gompa. Overnight at Lung Dang Gompa

Today, we hike up to the Ganesh Base Camp. As we get closer to the Ganesh Base Camp, we will get looming close up views of Ganesh Himal. After beholding the beauty of Ganesh Himal from the base camp, we return back to Lung Dang Gompa. Overnight at Lung Dang Gompa

Oct 19: Trek to Lama Hotel (2,470m/8,150ft) 7-8 hrs
Oct 20: Trek to Thulo Syabru [2,350 m]. "B,L,D". Trek (06-07 Hrs).

Oct 21: Trek to Lauribinayak (3910 meters. 5 hours walking) Stay overnight at Lodge.
Oct 22: Trek to Gosainkunda (4380 meters. 3 hours walking) stay overnight at Lodge.
Oct 23: Trek down to Sing Gompa (3330 meters. 4 hours walking) Stay overnight at Lodge.
Oct 24: Trek down to Dhunche (1960 meters. 5 hours walking) Stay overnight at Lodge.
Oct 25: Drive back to Kathmandu (7/8 hours driving)
Oct 26: Free day at Kathmandu

  • • All food in Kathmandu. Also in any case of early return from mountain (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary.
